Room Purifying Disinfector - Horizontal Laminar Airflow
One unit of the energy-efficient Horizontal Laminar Purifying Disinfector will be able to sterilize and keep constantly disinfected a room size of 300 to 500 sq ft (air supply of 400m3/hr), like the Hospital Emergency Room, ICUs, Operating Theatres, thereby cutting down substantially the risks of cross-infection for the doctors, nurses, staff and other patients as well as enable the hospital to continue operations.
The Purifying Disinfector machine is available as either Portable or Fixed versions and it is much cheaper to use the Purifying Disinfector (electrical usage of 180W per hour amounts to less than RM0.10 per hour of usage) to disinfect ICUs, negative pressure isolation rooms, emergency rooms etc without resorting to the higher cost of excessively using disinfectants as the portable model can be moved from room to room.
This unique energy-efficient purifying Disinfector has an integrated 6-step sterilization process combining 3 purification methods of disinfecting the air and fomites (*any object or substance capable of carrying infectious organisms) in the room which will eliminate 99.9% of microorganisms and residues and chemical substances (VOCs), without any harmful effects to the human body:
(1) Double H14 HEPA filtration sterilizing system (with Lysozyme impregnated filtering material to remove residues and chemical substances) eliminates microorganisms and substances larger than 0.1μ - permanently electrostatic and can be cleaned repeatedly with service life of more than 2 years, thus greatly reducing the maintenance costs as monthly HEPA filter replacement is NOT required;
(2) High intensity UV-C Ultraviolet lamps (36W) are moisture proof, anti-shock, vandal resistant with long service life - can eliminate bacterial strains of 0.01μ and bactericidal capability of more than 99.9%;
(3) Airstream inundated with Extremely High Ions concentration (cations and anions) reaching 40 billion ions per second (4x1010/s) produced by advanced low temperature plasma generator - eliminate 99.9% of microorganisms from the air and fomites;
When installed in the frontline areas of the hospital like the emergency ward, reception areas, etc, the Purifying Disinfector will help to protect the hospital staff and patients from cross-contamination from infectious diseases by creating an 'Active Defense Sterile Area' for the air in the room as well as all room surfaces like door knobs, table tops, chairs, floor, etc thereby providing constant 24 hour protection against infectious diseases (kills 99.9% of all micro-organisms as tested)
The Purifying Disinfector only consumes 180W when in operation (23W in standby mode) and is very economical to operate without high maintenance costs as the HEPA filters are permanently electrostatic with lysozyme bactericidal fibres, can be repeatedly cleaned with more than 2 years of service life.
